One year ago today I got my diagnosis of Stage IV breast cancer, metastasized to my bones. Such a surprise! One year along, I'm feeling better than I expected to, not 100% but hanging in there. So far, the meds are doing what they're supposed to, with manageable side effects. Each day is a treasure and a new adventure. Life certainly is a strange journey.
