Last year at this time I was in the preliminary stages of my health crisis -- had already been through the ER and hospital for DVT and was working toward abdominal surgery. This year I have my regular annual physical scheduled, and I'm in such a different place both physically and emotionally.
The world has changed, none for the better,
but I'm still here. Sigh.
